When it comes to electronic assembly, Hallmark Nameplate strives to maintain our up to date and effective mechanisms for product manufacturing. Due to company growth and expansion of sales, we have the pleasure of adding a third SMT line to our production facilities. We are extremely proud of the addition because it means we will be able to produce more components in a more timely fashion. This third SMT line is the first of many expansions and additions to our continuously growing company.
SMT stands for surface-mount technology, which means that automated machinery places components of the circuit board in order to assemble the finished product. Maintaining the most up to date technology and techniques is a staple in the Hallmark Nameplate mission and we work hard to live up to our customer’s current and future expectations.
At Hallmark Nameplate, we use SMT lines to build control panels, circuit boards, and box assemblies. All of the electronic assemblies built at Hallmark Nameplate comply with IPC610 standards as well as the IO 9001:2008 quality assurance system and certification. In addition to maintaining quality by complying with the highest standards, all electronic assemblies are tested in-house to assure that our customers are getting exactly what they specified. We work hard to deliver products to our customers in a timely manner, and the addition of our third SMT line will absolutely increase our ability to satisfy our customer’s needs.
