Polycarbonate (lexan) nameplates are an excellent material for multi-use applications. They feature:

• Available in thicknesses from .005″ to .025″

• Available in Gloss, Velvet & Matte Finishes

• Suitable for Indoor & Outdoor Applications

• Available flammability ratings from ULVTM-2 to UL94V0

UV digital printer increases capacity!

We’ve often amassed new equipment to keep up with demand from our returning customers. This season is no different!

We’re proud to announce that Hallmark Nameplate is now home to a new UV digital printer. This machinery:

  • allows for a 48″ by 48″ print area in 4 color process. This means fuller color on larger surface area!
  • it uses flexible UV inks which allow for embossing without cracking
  • this process can be paired with traditional screenprinting

This means a whole host of new capabilities on a range of materials! If you’ve got a need for large overlays or labels, we’re now able to bid on these larger items thanks to our new UV digital printer. Contact us now for a quote!
