Digital Printing Labels Demo at Labelexpo 2011

Atlantic Zeiser has announced that they’ll be demoing at Labelexpo the versatility of drop-on-demand (DoD) inkjet printing for nameplates on different label materials and formats. Labelexpo Europe is billed as the world’s largest event for the label industry. For the demo the company will used one integrated complete solution, the Digiline Web 300, which includes a high-speed greyscale printer, a four-colour inkjet printer and a Vericam camera-based verification system (which can quickly check the quality of printed data in real time, guaranteeing zero-defects in the end product). Digital printing is typically considered for nameplate jobs as a result of it’s outstanding cost efficiency and because it is ideal for late-stage customisation – coding and marking at the latest possible stage in the workflow.
