Capabilities

Hallmark can die cut or laser cut many different substances for custom applications.  The die cut fabrication or laser selected can be applied to EMI/RFI Shields, Gaskets, Mashers, Moisture Seals, Partitions and Thermal Shields.

The extensive materials utilized include all Plastics, Conductive Compounds, EMI/RFI, Foams, Rubber and Sponge with a thickness of up to 0.060″.

Hallmark will provide the timeline for completion with the quote for your design.  The acceptable artwork file types are AutoCad (.dwg, .dxf), Corel Draw (.cdr), Adobe Illustrator (.ai), Gerber.

Hallmark provides Support Services for both Graphic design and Engineering services.
