Hallmark can create a control panel assembly that is ready-to-go, including all interfaces, controls, displays, and electronics. Our Engineering and Design department can also help you with color and graphics as well as electronics.
Capabilities
The control panel assembly selected will meet the electrical and mechanical engineering design to ANSI/IPC standards. It will be designed for test reliability and manufacturability. The Hallmark process includes a prototype and production assembly with in-circuit and functional testing available. It will also comply with IPC610 standards as well as the IO 9001:2008 quality assurance system and certification # IMS 0038.
The control panel assembly can be applied to computer peripherals, food service, industrial controls, medical, OEM, telecommunications and transportation. Hallmark provides engineering support services including component programming and ICT and functional testing. The control panel assembly can be finished in anti-glare, high gloss, matte or velvet.
Hallmark will provide the timeline for completion with the quote for your design. The acceptable artwork file types are AutoCad (.dwg, .dxf), Corel Draw (.cdr), Adobe Illustrator (.ai), Gerber.
